Me and a friend of mine would like to watch a video together while everyone of us is sitting on their house.
The way we do it in plex. is to have an external chat active such as Discord. and make him play a video on my library he then pause it and wait for me to start playing it also using the Now playing feature in Status menu.
then we count down in the chat to be able to play it simultaneity together .
Ok so you see where I’m going with this.
It would be nice to have a feature to plan a viewing session with a group of friends that can support the following.
+Create view room
+invite users to join
+host/clients can both control the video remotely on all clients. as they can pause the video or start playing.
