[Feature Request] Integrate WakeOnLan over the Internet feature into plex.tv backend

Every Plex client app should be able to automatically send a WakeOnLan magic packet in order to wake a Plex server from sleep.

I know that this can be done by using 3rd party apps on iOS or Android. But some app platforms (like the SmartTVs) don’t provide access to the required protocols. And it’s not user friendly to fire up another app just to get the other Plex app to work.

So why not integrate a WoL feature right into the plex.tv server backend?!

Like this example (Wake On Lan over the Internet) demonstrates, it is possible to send magic packages from a webpage. I’ve used this webpage countless times to wake up my two Plex servers (running on a Windows 10 PC and Qnap NAS) when I’m not at home.
