It would be very nice if I had the option to limit the streaming for my friends not by bitrate but by the amount of users.
As excample:
I know that my friends stream with 3mbit/s settings. So it would be very nice if I have the option that only three streams on the same time are allowed. If a fourth user like to stream he should get a message that all stream slots are in use. So it can be ensured that currently streams works without any issue.

I'll vote for anything that gives the Server better control of what Clients can do with it. I actually made same this suggestion a year or so ago in one of the big ongoing threads in this forum concerning limiting Client bandwidth usage, as a possible alternative, so I'd be fine with this. lol
i would be down with this, but also take one more step, only 1 stream per user.. so if your friend gives his username and password to someone else to access your server it will kick off the oldest stream with a message of "new stream started" or something. kind of like what sling does with their tv service.
