Feature request - make commercial skip and credits detection background jobs low CPU priority

Server Version#: latest on Synology DS220+
Player Version#: latest on Roku

Long story short, I was watching a football game last weekend about 1 hour after it aired at 4mbps 720p quality (not original). No issues until the recording ended and the plex jobs to detect commercials and credits hit and then Plex player constantly errored out saying my server couldn’t support transcoding. Check the plex web UI and sure enough, CPU usage is near 100% thanks to these jobs running. Had to change quality up to original, and then ran into bandwidth issues.

Ideally, Plex would make commercial skip and credits detection jobs low CPU priority, so transcoding taking priority over these background workers.
