Anyone know if there is a way to lower the Plex DVR Commerical Removal Priority.
I have 4-5 HD Streams running most of the time with 1-2 Direct Played.
The Transcoding puts a bit of stress on the CPU it sits around 50% on average.
When Plex DVR does it’s Commerical Removing which is great btw… it tends to take up a lot of resources, i am fine with it at 100% but it appears that it starts pushing the Transcodes out of the way making them stop till the Commerical Remove finishes.
Is there a way to manually force a lower priority to the Comskip thread, i didn’t see any features in the UI to force lower CPU usage for Comskip.
Maybe a useful feature to have? Plex DVR has been awesome, i really love how it completes the experience but my 4790 appears to be not enough…
