Currently far away from home and a slow connexion, I sometime feel that the download of a file is stuck (especially on movies).
If the download/upload(for photos) speed, the percentage and the remaining time could be display so I could know that the download is actually alive, that would be great ^^

That’s an isp issue. Your download may very well be alive but at such a slow rate there appears to be no activity
I don’t deny it, but seeing a few information like remaining time and kb/s instead of just a progress bar would give me a better idea that it’s still alive.
I would love this information too, especially when syncing large libraries, a time remaining would be useful so I can see if it will finish soon or I should wait overnight.
I also came here to suggest this feature.
I would like to request it for the Plex (Windows) application though.
It would also be great if you could close the application, and when you reopen the application the downloads resume - currently they restart.
