Right now you can just “filter” a search by actor, year, etc. Just some simple reports to “explore” better. I would like to see a screen that shows ALL actors in all my movies (with photos of their faces), RANKED high>low for how many movies each are in. ie: Sean Connery (51) - click to view all …

Something like this similarly exists in the Web Browser client, btw.

Can you tell me more about this? Maybe with a screen shot or two? Would be perfect to have it cross-library, too…

Uhm… thank you for your efforts. That is exactly, what the original author of the feature request decribes of what is possible now (first sentence) in his entry post. The feature request is way beyond that. And … it is not cross-library.
