I have several Movies with a 4K and a 1080p Version. Two Problems there:
Problem 1: There are Users in my Family that don’t understand the difference and in some cases it automatically plays the 4K Version even if the Device is not able to Play 4K HDR.
Feature request 1: If there are more than one Version let the user decide, witch Version should be played. With a list of Resolution and all available Audio Tracks after hit the Play button.
Problem 2: If the Device is able to play the 4K Version but the Sound (most Dolby TrueHD) has to be transcoded it transcode the Picture also and the result are faded colors because of the missing HDR.
Feature request 2: If only the Audio Track has to be transcoded let the new Player play the Video in Direct Play! It does Work with Apple TV but not on LG Plex App.
