I saw a quick one-line, not descriptive post regarding this, but it didn’t give much by way of detail, so I thought I’d write something more comprehensive.
The feature I’d like to see is to be able, through a single function or menu option, to clear the music play queue to zero.
I use the Android player primarily, and notice that the Plex queue management functionality for that platform lags significantly behind other major Android players, such as Google Music. In Google Music, I can clear my queue to zero through the 3-dot context menu. I’d like to be able to do the same in Plex.
Some players implement this functionality to clear only to the currently playing song, leaving always 1 song in the queue. This is not really clearing the queue. A full reset to zero songs loaded in the queue is what we’re after here.
