+1 ! I’ve just enrolled in Office 365, which comes with 1TB space on OneDrive, so I would love to stop using iCloud (Apple still does not give much prio to photo management/presentation), move over the media to OneDrive, and use Plex as the front end for my media. And yes: in that case Plex could welcome another Plex Pass client.
When is this coming? Now Microsoft are giving away so much cloud storage for free (unlimited!) this is the cloud service I’ve moved everything to. Would be great to move my movie collection to the cloud and free up my laptop.
OneDrive has added support for large file uploads at last, so there’s no reason to not add this feature anymore: https://dev.onedrive.com/items/upload_large_files.htm
+1. With the great improvements to the Windows 10 app support for Xbox One, this seems like such a natural fit.
A vote from me as well! The API now support large files.
Someone know what is going on with onedrive support?
Sorry if something is already asked… I know how forum are crazy about double post and everything!
I know everything can go wrong if they are no rules… lot’s of stupid peoples… LOTS!! but crazy forum admin too… sorry for letting my ■■■■ off with this thread I try to let it in but…
also sorry for my english love you all! especially Plex dev :) My favorite app/software since almost 6 years!
Thank you, I can watch my movie in that really, really nice way since I found plex!
Hoping to get a Plex app in the next appleTV! I’m tired of jailbreaking mine! But I think it’s already planned (well, I hope so). Again Thank you… It will be very nice of you of you put a little more time in working in the onedrive case… you can add a support/donate button for that feature to get it faster! (Plex is not free anymore, it can get people very upset! but they have the choice to give or not…
Very keen to get one drive support. Would be good to get some response from a dev here. Is there any restriction from Microsoft that might prevent it being implemented or just a case of prioritising this request against others?
The upgraded onedrive API allows for files as large as 10gb and upload throttles at 25mbit
Not bad
Companies like stablebit can mount onedrive as a real ntfs drive for server work
Kodi has a wonderful plugin to stream from onedrive
I think this is possible, but deva have to prioritize

Is this even in the pipeline? Would love to have OneDrive support as well!
As posted by another user in the Plex Pass forum, Microsoft has changed their policy on OneDrive.

Microsoft has just realised that offering “unlimited” storage for their Office 365 customers was perhaps not such a good idea after all…https://blog.onedrive.com/onedrive_changes/
Personally, I think they have overreacted, and gone too far. This move will not help Microsoft’s reputation.

It was coming.
Cloud storage unlimited will never exist for long.
Agreed. BUt 1TB is still nice… depends on what plan you have.
For academics it means 1TB is free.
+1 I just bought Office and now have 1TB of storage and can think of no better way to use it than this
So say we all. I have 10TB until 2017
I have 10 TB on OneDrive…
+1 for OneDrive support please.
I hope you are all aware of this
Are you aware they reversed this? 30gb still free for old accounts.
+1 for this feature reuqest
