Feature Request - Playback at Different Speeds

Hiya, new hear. I can’t figure out a way to do this, is there somewhere specific we can ask for feature requests? I watch almost exclusively on Android devices and can’t believe this amazing software doesn’t have this feature. Thanks!1

[implemented] Playback Speed

I use plex for checking my surveillance webcam. For quick scanning an option for different playback speeds (x2, x4, x16) would be awesome.    Other purposes would be: education videos, audiobooks, interviews (for transcription).   What do you think? Mod-Edit / Summary Currently supported for music libraries
