I’d love to see support for running Plexamp as a progressive web app, even if it didn’t have some of the platform integrations Plexamp currently supports.
I use a Skylake-powered (which sadly means no Linux apps) Chromebook often at work, and one of the things I most miss versus when I’m at home is Plexamp. Since progressive web apps are first class citizens on Chrome OS, I’d love to see a version of Plexamp packaged as one so I can use it at work too 
Thanks for the idea! Unfortunately most of the best aspects of Plexamp are the player core, which would be lost in a PWA right?
FWIW, I had my Chromebook replaced with a Windows machine so now I can finally use Plexamp at work
What constitutes the player core? For me, the biggest draw of Plexamp is that it has a lightweight, music-focused UI. It seems like at least this piece of Plexamp could be packaged as a PWA. Even though it doesn’t help me anymore, I believe being a PWA gives android support for “free” which seems like it’d be valuable to a decent chunk of users.
