Add support PWA for PlexWeb
Motivations:
Since Chrome 73 you can make an independent app for PWAs on MacOS
That would be a great addition!
Microsoft even has added support to include PWAs on their store, so no need to have extra code bases!

I would like to use PWA as music player. I listen music from plex, so it would be really nice.

I’m a Chrome OS user. I like that I can use Android Plex or PlexWeb, but the web experience is so much nicer than Android on Chrome… I’d love a PWA!
While I like the abstract idea of platform independent web tech, this concept has already died so many deaths it’s really hard for me to believe that this time it’s really going to happen. Remember the Active Desktop in Windows 98? When this was going to be the app platform for the first iPhone in 2007? ChromeOS was going to sweep the world in 2011?
