Default tracks language setting per library

Hi all, Most movie enthusiasts prefer watching movies in the original language and thus tend to prefer English language tracks. Thus the global Plex setting of defaulting to English language tracks is useful in order to avoid the occasional Dutch or French language surprise. However - for the kids it’s a different story.
