There's always a chance, but the developers rarely comment on future features.  The rare exception right now is the information about the next Xbox One update currently going through certification.

We've raised an issue for this internally, but sorry, no promises as to when we'll get it done.

(But thanks! It's great to hear about what feature parity matters most to people, since that will effect what we tackle next).

we'd hope feature parity should be top of what will affect ... ?

basics such as FF/RW, delete, file/codec information, would all be much appreciated.
