Hi. The chapter feature is very nice. But needing to go to the control bar, scroll over to the chapter select icon, then select the chapter is tedious if you frequently want to go to the next chapter. The up arrow on the remote doesn’t seem to do anything while the video is playing. It would be very helpful if it could skip to the start of the next chapter.
I felt the right and left purple arrow buttons might be useful for navigating to the next chapter.
The <<[Fast Rewind] and >> [Fast Forward] are already useful as FF and RW commands.
I also like VLC’s display of chapter markers as a nice visual indication these markers exist, suggesting the Next Chapter and Previous Chapter buttons are available.
This is for MKV files, and any other container format supporting “Chapters”.
