[Android, Web] - Chapter Select and Chapter Forward/Back playback buttons

I don’t own an iOS device, but it’s my understanding that they’ve had support for a full chapter select view for quite some time, so I think people would appreciate feature parity for such a basic function like this.

Additionally, could we get chapter forward/back buttons added to the media playback controls interface? I realize there’s a keystroke shortcut to do this on a number of versions, but obviously this doesn’t work on a touchscreen interface and a button is more intuitive (and frankly I can’t understand why buttons to skip forward and back from entire movies were prioritized over chapter skip)

Agreed. I’d vote to have the forward/back skip buttons replaced as chapter skip forward/back entirely. If someone wants to skip an entire movie in a playlist, lose their place in it, and move onto the next one in the playlist that should be something that takes a little bit more work and effort to do; you don’t want to accidentally skip an entire movie, then groan, skip back, and then have to find your place again.
