Hope this is the right spot for this but I would love to see this feature, if possible, in plex.
Everybody has encountered this problem. You downloaden a movie, but the guys who mixed the sound levels was high at the time. So all the action moments are volume 10 and conversations becomes more like lipreading. Would it be possible to add an adjustment file to the movie directory (for each movie that needs it) that can save alterations, like, centre speaker +50%, subtitle offset 10, subtitle x and audio offset 125. Stuff like that.
That way, the next time you want to watch this movie you no longer have to fiddle around for 20 min with all the alterations and just watch the movie.
In case this is referred to my home cinema receiver settings, That just means fiddling around on another device. Plex would be the ideal place for this since its not only about sound levels.
