Whenever I click to edit info for a season on a TV show there is Season specific posters, but no Season specific backgrounds. I know all metadata is grabbed from the TVDB and I post a lot of the artwork there too. I know that the TVDB does not allow for Season specific backgrounds yet, but can the Plex team make it so that whenever we attempt to edit season specific backgrounds, the general backgrounds for all the seasons show up as though we were editing the entire show? With this even though it is not all organized, users at least have the option of selecting some of the artwork from the different seasons.
You've answered your own question, in your own question. There is no such thing as season specific artwork for backgrounds. The databases simply don't allow for it.
Plex does support Season specific artwork but there is no database there. That means I have to go back to the main page of a tv show download the artwork on my own and then reattach it to the season I want it on, seems little tedious does it not when it could've been directed towards where all the backgrounds are located in the first place.
