I am sorry if this is a duplicate, most of the requests I found for this were incorrectly formatted and thus locked.
Simply put, I would love the ability to manage my server via the mobile client (iOS/Android). I realize you can use the mobile web but it doesn't fully work (example, using anything in the Friends section crashes the mobile browser). This seems like it should have been added ages ago. I wouldn't mind having it as an in-app purchase either.
Thanks for all the hard work guys, Plex has become the #1 form of media consumption in my family.
I would love to agree with this, since I'm a huge proponent of server tools, myself.
The Android app already has a "Friends" tool to allow you to see and add additional friends. I don't know if it allows you to edit their library permissions or not, but I am unable to do it. It looks like all I can do is invite and remove on my tablet. (Version 3.9.9.326) I would guess that this isn't completely fleshed out yet. I don't own any iOS devices so can't look at one to verify.
Before tablets/phones and other portable devices get any additional tools we need to get those tools on the Plex Web App itself. It makes little sense to admin a server, control aspects of security, etc. from a mobile app if that functionality doesn't exist at a server console (Web App) itself.
