[Feature Request] Server Specification Rating

So many times it comes down to raw server power.

Please add a simple server rating system under the Server General Tab, which rates it out of 10.

Rating can be based upon CPU speed (a quick transcoding test), RAM, HDD\SSD Speed etc.

You can they set minimum specifications based off this for things live Live DVR, Transcoding and 4k playback etc.

Pretty much, but build it in. Have it set settings accordingly based on results. Let it show what is slowing it down. Assist users in the right direction.
