(Feature Request) share tracks with plex friend users

Hi,

I would love to see plex become more social. Therefore, it would be great to be able to share and recommend tracks to my plex friends. They would get a notification and would then be able to play the file from my server.

I’dd also like to be able to send messages to my users.
