[Feature Request] To select specific GPU or iGPU for HW transcoding

I just got the Quadro P2000 card for Plex and its great, but for some reason Plex keeps selecting the IGPU instead of the GPU (Also if the GPU is selected in the Bios as the main display)

Running this on Linux and Docker - so no Windows tweaks can help this.

I just want a selection in the Plex UI where I can select what GPU I want to use!
