[Feature Request] Use single tuner if channels are on the same multiplex

I have 4 tuners in my setup but I am limited to only 4 recordings even if some of those are on the same multiplex (mux).
Other software I have used have been able to record/play multiple channels with one tuner if those channels are on the same multiplex.
Is this feature on PLEX roadmap ?

which is why I still use the nextPVR backend as my recorder.
Probably on the roadmap but Plex does not give roadmaps or ETA’s.
This is still new and will be constantly improved upon and new added functionality will be available of which I have no doubt.
But when?.. dunno.
