Wouldn’t managing viewing history and such be so much easier if Plex had a cloud service that stored all users history etc? Encrypted off course.
As the new Plex metadata agents is now fully rolled out, implementing this for at least Plex Pass users against these databases should be possible. It would be so great to be able to just open any new library and as long as you’re logged in with your user all your past history is immediately synced.
There’s already an existing feature suggestion thread discussing this option.
I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes.
