Not sure what is going on, I get different errors from different players for 1 .mp4, I can play the mp4 straight on my desktop from the nas with no issue, but Plex will not play it.
Dolby Vision Profile 5 video?
If so, expected behavior with Plex Web. Other clients may be able to play such video.

Expected behavior for Plex Web.
Due to the constraints of the web browser, Plex Web is a very limited client. On Windows, it has no support for HEVC video of any type, including Dolby Vision.
Plex Media Server does not support transcoding of Dolby Vision video.
Dolby Vision Profile 5 does not have a HDR compatibility layer.
Therefore, since the client does not support the format and the server cannot transcode the format, playback fails with the “color space not supported” error.
