New install running Windows 7 pro. When I initially add a folder to my library, I get an “unexpected error loading this library” message, but the files display and play in the Plex media player and on remote devices. Plex and some library folders are on drive C; other libraries are on different internal drives and one is one a local network.
As a test, I recorded an OTA TV show which was saved in the correct drive E TV Show library folder. I can play the show using the Live TV & DVR setting, but the program does not show up in the Show Tab, where I get a “You still need to add content” message.
I am confused and will appreciate suggestions. Thanks.
