I have everything setup, folders are chosen, the media server is claimed and running fine, but it says “an unexpected error has occurred” and it said go to the forums so here I am. It could just be that the file I uploaded was too big (4.0GB), but I just need some clarification. Thanks!
That’s not a particularly large file, unless it’s too big for an old file system. 100GB is big-ish.
So - when do you get that error? When you open a Plex app? When you browse to the PMS IP address?
