Sometimes same movie or tv show is duplicated. When questioning the Info tab, I would suggest adding also besides the name and location size occupied on disk ?
It would be easier to delete the one you want when having also the file size.

The size is listed for both files in the Get Info / Media Info window.
Scroll down to see the details - size, video & audio details, etc - for both files.
