Filter By Keywords in Description for Smart Collections / Playlists

I would like to have a filter for Description (of the movie) and then be able to enter keywords in to make smart collections / playlists.

For example: Description - contains - “Halloween” “Christmas” “Mafia” “World War” etc for finding and creating collections based on these terms. Genre is too broad.
