Filter TV and Movie Backgrounds when Plex on Chromecast is Idle

I would like to know if there is a way filter what posters get displayed on the Chromecast when not playing or looking at a specific item.

I recently watched a movie with my kids and when the movie stopped, Plex on Chromecast started cycling through posters and backgrounds of items in my library and the background for Re-Animator popped up which just happened to be of a topples corpse and severed head (I didn’t know that was the background). Needless to say, that didn’t go over well with the wife.

I’ve since changed the background for that movie and am trying to go through all my other mature movies to make sure all is safe and think that having a setting in Plex to not show a certain content rating would be fantastic.

I had a similar issue, would like to be able to edit which show or turn them off completely.
