I have spent some time trying to troubleshoot this with no luck. Xfinity delivers all channels with h264 EXCEPT for the broadcast channels (MPEG2). The h264 channels work great in Live TV (DirectPlay). The MPEG2 ones are also DirectPlay BUT there is a constant stutter every 10-15 seconds or so, lasting 3-4 seconds. On both situations the PMS CPU is at 10% or so (quad core, 8GB RAM, Windows 7). If I transcode down to 4Mbps, it seems to fix the issue (99.9% of the times). Anybody else having this issue? Any ideas on how to fix? Is this a limitation of the Fire Stick?
