Hi what is the orange dot on the top right corner of the fire tv app mean?

I’m pretty sure that is a Fire Stick notification dot. But I think it’s a bug it’s there all the time. I have it on both the Plex app and the CBS News app and they never go away.
Oh ok I just started to get it along with some other problems.
