FireTV 4k Unknown Error when subtitles are set prior to play

-When subtitles are set (ForcedSRT, SRT, etc.) prior to selecting play on any media, an unknown error occurs.
-Unable to change subtitle selection in FireTV UI; the navigation to ‘play,’ ‘mark unplayed/played,’ and ‘more’ options are not highlighted to be selected. The cursor moves, but unable to select.

Workaround: Navigate out of media in FireTV Plex and access the Plex library via mobile app or web browser. Locate media of choice and change subtitle selection to ‘off.’ Navigate back to media in the FireTV Plex app, play media, then as media is playing change subtitles to desired type via player navigation.
