When I opened Plex on the FireTV Stick 4K…
Initially, I had two “home” categories in the Guide; one that didn’t work, the other that did.
(It’s happened in the past, clearing cache/data usually fixed it.)
Unfortunately, I also had to rescan my channels and then everything went nuts.
I now have two “Live TV” categories on the left.
In the Guide, “Plex Channels” is missing ALL the listings from the Entertainment category.
The “Entertainment Category” is populated with my OTA channels!
My “Favorites” all have yellow triangles on the Icons with the listings area showing a message that there was an error loading the channels.
Please help.
**I’ve cleared cache, deleted data, uninstalled/reinstalled a few times… same problem.
*** No problems with the Roku Ultra, Android, or Chromebook versions.
