I have just installed plex media server on a rpi4 fresh install, and i cannot log in for the first time with my plex account, whatever i use (gmail or anything else)
error said at login

why ?

It has been resolved, i think it was a little during Sync account for first Time
But next, how do i add a remote library on Plex ? Like a smb share on my local nas ?

I was thinking about mounting point, but mounting points are dangerous cause u can delete the content if bad permissions are set

Sure but i have another question, the nas is not Always powered on, and i know that at start, mounting point with fstab with a “dead” network link Can result in a total break of raspbian.
What is the solution ? Always power on the nas (not a smart solution for me) ? Or a cron script mounting point at some Time of the day ?
Typically my nas is powered between 1700 pm and 0200 am
This trick isnt going to disturb Plex library ? Because he will miss his mounting during the whole day

EDIT: You will have to configure PMS to only scan and perform maintenance at those times when the NAS is powered on. Also, Linux does NOT like network mounts disappearing.
Sure im gonna mount and umount at corrects power on and off Time, then only perform 1 scan a day (after NAS boot)
I Can still let the nas Always powered on, but i have no use of it during the day (security and hardware preservation matter) , otherwise i WOL it on demand
