Short summary: Some audio files encoded with FLAC, does not play back correctly.
Description: Upon playing back certain FLAC audio files, sound will at points cut out, only to resume later (10-20 seconds of silence). This from what I can tell, only happens on local playback on the server itself. Both via app.plex.tv and the local web app.
Files have been verified via the FLAC frontend as being OK, and works fine in other players as well as playing in the iOS client, locally and remotely.

Unfortunately I can’t attach an example media file, but one can be provided.
Update: The problems seems limited to Firefox. Tested on version 65.0.2 and 66.0
Second update: This problem happens when directly playing the file in Firefox, so it’s not a problem with Plex.
