Flac random transcoding bug

Hello. I want to report a bug with random transcoding FLAC and ALAC codecs (other not known yet). Basically, in Plex Media Player on version mentioned above (and one higher version but don’t know what exact version it was), my Plex Media Server sometimes transcode and sometimes don’t specific flac files. It’s pretty random wich one but i basically click the play button, starts transcoding and playing music like here:

But right after then, i tried to refresh whole Plex Media Player app by tapping F5 on keyboard (so it will restart) and then, magically, it direct played same song like here:

Any solution?

PS: In the second image, someone can mention that it can display direct play in first seconds and after that transcondig but the loading bar at the bottom doesn’t lie. It loaded muuuuch faster, nearly instantly was whole song buffered.
