What is a floating video? You may have seen if you have a Samsung or LG phone, or if you use an app like DicePlayer. Essentially it plays your video in a separate windows so you can do whatever you want to do on Android (research, games, anything you can do on Android). It is similar to playing a video in VLC in a window on the desktop with "Keep on Top" enabled.
