[Feature Request] Floating Mini Player for Android Mobile App

Coming from using apps like Google Play Music, Netflix, the Sonos Controller App, etc… I would love to see a floating, draggable screen for now playing content on the Android app, along with the ability to swipe-to-skip tracks when listening to music. I believe the iOS app has similar functionality- I hope to see that implemented in the Android version. It would be much faster, more convenient (and cool?) to swipe a mini player up/down instead of having to pull the notification panel down and touch the notification to get to the now playing screen, and then completely X the now playing screen to continue browsing.

The Sonos Controller App for example:

Something very similar was on yesterdays android update. Did you try it?

I did, I was completely surprised to see that mini player after the update. Swipe to skip music tracks on the mini player bar too! Crazy coincidence that Plex just happened to implement that feature two days after I decided to finally post a request…haha. I like it, for sure, and it’s nearly exactly what I was looking for. Maybe a bit nit-picky, but I’d still like to be able to use swiping gestures to maximize/minimize the now playing screen/mini player. Just cus… gestures iz swanky. And just brings Plex that much closer to being the best app ever B-)
