Hi, I have a problem with Plex and a TCL Android TV.
Folders on my PC are intermittently appearing empty. The files in them can be seen when looking at them individually outside the folder, so Plex does read them, but switching to folder view shows an empty folder. Sometimes. Today there is one folder which displayed content, but an hour later it displayed as empty. It’s entirely unpredictable and happens to all folders intermittently. Currently, out of twelve folders only four are displaying contents. And tomorrow that will almost certainly be different.
I have tried removing the folders from their library and re-adding them, but it makes no difference.
Does anybody have any ideas about how I can solve this?
