For ATSC 3.0 audio to work, please enable AC-4 audio

There’s a patch available for ffmpeg now, so hopefully Plex can fit checking it out into their backlog soon.

(Also, maybe this thread and ATSC3.0 Broadcast and AC-4 Sound should be merged.)
