The exact issue is waiting on the deal (legal) and then waiting on Dolby to fulfill their obligations to us by providing the source code necessary for decoding. Due to the license, we cannot use any other code but theirs so even if the decoder were available in FFmpeg, we can’t use it.

That was nearly a month ago… …yet just another way to stall any investment.
