Good day! I had received an email notification that my email address was chosen as one of the Plex Beta user for iOS platforms such as iPAD. Successfully installed to my iPAD but its always prompting me that video playback is only limited to 1 min. Please advise.
The iOS app has 1 minute playback limitation which can be removed by either single purchase within the application or sign in with Plex Pass account. Same limitations you will find in Beta app.

I saw this same message about the limited playback without purchasing the iOS app or a Plex Pass account. I previously purchased the iOS app for my iPhone. Can I use this on my iPad, too? If so, what do I need to do to set it up for this Beta test? Thanks.
If you have purchased/activated the App Store version, you just need to install both the beta and the App Store versions in the device.
Then, in the beta, go to Settings -> Activate & Upgrade -> Restore purchases.
That should open the App Store version of the app, verify the purchase, and then go back to the beta version to finalize the activation.
