Force Metadata?

In uploading my music (mostly classical) is there a way to force PLEX to use the metadata already in the file (including the artwork) rather than searching the Internet? 8 times out of 10 the metadata I have attached to the file is better and more relevant than what the Internet search comes up with. At times, for albums out of print, the automatic search comes up with album and “songs” that have nothing to do with the actual files.

I have an album which contains six CD’s which is in my iTunes collection. In iTunes the album appears correctly sorted by disc and then by track number within disc. In the Finder the “songs” are also appropriately number 01-01, 01-02, etc. BUT in PLEX the tracks are out of order as are the discs. How can this be controlled so everything appears (and plays) in the right order?
