Is the free account limited to 720p resolution when streaming from a shared library of a Premium user?

I want to use a free account to manage content library access from different TVs, problem is that even though TV app is free to use with a free account, I can’t get a higher than 720p resolution.

Is this by design? I can’t find any documentation on this limitation.

Found the issue, local quality in settings was set to 720p for what ever reason. It now works without issues.
