UK DTV Freeview has a number of audio only channels from 700 upwards. On a TV these usually show a static graphic while playing, however when playing on Plex Android TV, or the native Android app - these channels simply display an error (error cannot play video file) possibly because there is no video file. They can play on an android phone when played through a browser rather than the native app
