Functionality and joining multiple video files

I am trying to host a movie, but am running into some hurdles. Anyone out there had experience with doing this? I have multiple files with the file type of .VOB and need to sequence them to make them play automatically and sequentially

If you have several vob files, then you are supposed to have an .IFO file as well.
Google for makemkv and use it to chain those vobs together.
