Hello,
I’ve noticed for some time that the butler gets stuck on generating video preview thumbnails for some movies.

Any idea why this happens? Do you need other data?
To unblock the butler I usually kill the Transcoder process and it goes to the next files.
Is there a way for the butler to skip those files? Mark them somehow in the database?
