Get error "Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error"

Got this error whenever I play a video outside of my home wifi. I tried on mobile and in web player. Search for “/usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Plex Transcoder” in the “plex media server.log” and you will find that the transcoder seems exited with code 1, but there is no other information IMO to debug further.

I just got this setup using open media vault on my raspberry pi 2B. I installed plex server using a docker container from lsioarmhf/plex at https://hub.docker.com/r/lsioarmhf/plex/

Thanks for the reply! That’s a good point, I found this page https://support.plex.tv/articles/201373793-is-plex-media-server-on-a-nas-right-for-me/ has a lot useful information for anyone who wants to run plex server on a arm machine. I will try some tricks and see if this would work.
